A Founder's Vision
In today’s world, where the allure of fast food and inexpensive restaurant alternatives seem inescapable, our collective health often takes a back seat. An average individual spends 20% of their income annually on medical bills (source:https://www.telegraphindia.com/india/medicines-account-for-largest-share-of-healthcare-expenditure-research/cid/1867493), with an alarming 36% grappling with conditions like diabetes or cholesterol would spend about Rs 20 lakhs throughout their lifetime on medicines.
But it wasn’t just these statistics that drove me; it was personal.
Struggling with a chronic illness since 16, I’ve witnessed firsthand the paramount importance of nutritious and clean food. It’s more than just sustenance. It’s a cornerstone for a life brimming with vitality, dreams, and possibilities. I genuinely believe that access to wholesome food isn’t a luxury – it’s a fundamental right.
Munchome was born out of this belief and personal journey. Our mission is simple but profound: to deliver the warmth, love, and nourishment of “ghar ka khana” (home-cooked food) to every table. Every meal we offer is crafted with the same care and attention that goes into the food I eat daily.
Because when it comes down to it, while a healthy person might get caught up in the countless worries of life, an unhealthy person has just one primary concern. Let’s shift the balance together. With every delicious, home-cooked bite, let’s prioritize health and celebrate life’s richness.
